Meet Janelle

Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me. My name is Janelle Williams and I am a full time Realtor helping buyers and sellers make the right move. 

I grew up in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and attended Northwest Missouri State University for two years prior to earning my degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. I taught in the Kansas City, Kansas Public School District, worked for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce and in association management prior to finding my passion as a Realtor. I truly believe that my varied career experience directly attributes to my success in real estate.

I am firmly committed to working with all my clients through every step of the home selling or home buying process. I strive to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience built on honesty, integrity and extraordinary customer service. 

I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker in Kansas and a licensed Salesperson in Missouri. I am a Certified Sales Professional and e-Pro certified. I enjoy working with sellers and buyers on both sides of the state line and in all price ranges in both the resale and new home construction markets. 

I’m a member of Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Heartland Multiple Listing Service. I also hold a Life & Health Insurance License in Kansas & Missouri.

I have been an Overland Park, Kansas resident for over 30 years. I am happily married to Ron Williams and am the proud mother of Reed Williams. I am very creative and resourceful and have a passion for art. I enjoy traveling, interior design and bicycling. The beach is my happy place.

I pride myself on consistently providing professional service with a personal touch and welcome any referrals as I consider them to be one of the greatest compliments I can receive. Meet Mia

Hey there!!  My name is Mia Cannon and I am originally from Fargo, North Dakota.  I made my way to Kansas when I attended The University of Kansas, where I graduated with a degree in Biology and Chemistry.  A few years later, I obtained an MBA in Finance and Accounting when my husband’s medical education took us to Detroit, Michigan.  My work background includes Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. 

My interest in real estate stems from my dad, who owns a residential construction company that specializes in upscale, custom homes in the Fargo and surrounding areas.  I was able to gain valuable knowledge about building practices, materials and styles while assisting him on a variety of projects.  I am also a board member on my neighborhood HOA, the Links at Lionsgate.   Participating on the HOA board has increased my awareness of building codes and standards as well as the opportunity to improve my neighborhood and resolve conflicting issues.

I am an enthusiastic, hard-working person that will always put my clients first.  My approach to real estate is focused around getting to know my clients as real people and taking care of them from beginning to end, and thereafter.  I will provide excellent customer service and will help my clients through each step of the home buying/selling process. I have an attention for detail and will communicate with professionalism. I will genuinely listen to you and will work tirelessly on your behalf.  

I have lived in Overland Park, KS for the past 16 years and previously lived in the Fairway/Mission area as well as in Lawrence, KS.  I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri.  I am familiar with all of the neighborhoods and have the ability to assist you in selecting the best one for your family’s needs.

Meet Kelsey

Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me.  My name is Kelsey Porter.  I’m a graduate of Kansas State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I spent several years as a personal trainer, but having always had a passion for Real Estate, I decided to transition my love of working with people into the Real Estate industry. 

As a full time Professional Realtor, I pride myself on providing my clients with unparalleled customer service, a personal touch, and negotiating skills to get you the best price. Buying or selling a home can be the biggest decision of your life, and I love being able to be a part of the process by making it as stress-free and fun as possible! Your wants and needs are my top priority! 

I have lived in Overland Park, KS for the past 16 years.  I am an expert in Johnson County but am licensed in both Kansas & Missouri. I look forward to working with you and starting our journey together!

Meet Amber

Hello!  My name is Amber Wolfe, and I am originally from a small town in West Virginia.  My family moved to Kansas City when I was a “tween” so I had to adapt quickly to the big city life.   I graduated from Webster University with a degree in Business Administration.  My work background includes Association Management and account management in the Insurance Industry.  This prior work experience has strengthened my customer service and communication skills. 

I am an avid DIY’er that led me down the path of home rehabilitation projects and eventually my real estate license.  I am an efficient and dedicated truth teller that always works in your best interest. I am relentless in my efforts to satisfy my clients. I consider myself to be a fun loving, authentic person who will bring both professionalism and humor to your transaction. 

I have lived in Overland Park, KS for 20 years and am happily married to a Shawnee Mission School District high school teacher. We have daughters in the Olathe School District, so I know the areas well.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching my daughter’s sporting events, volunteering for various philanthropic efforts and spending time with my dogs.
